1. The service

Tempoclip, operated by LINING CLOUD, lets you manage your own TikTok accounts: post videos or send them as drafts, view your analytics, read and manage comments, get topic ideas. Tempoclip is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by TikTok.

2. Your account

You sign in with your TikTok account. You only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for activity carried out from your workspace.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of your videos, captions and replies. You only grant us the technical right to store them temporarily and send them to TikTok when you ask. You confirm you hold the necessary rights (music, images, people filmed) and comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, including the branded content and AI-generated content rules.

4. Prohibited use

• Spam, fake engagement, bulk automated posting or circumventing TikTok's limits.
• Illegal, hateful or misleading content, or content infringing others' rights.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the service or to other people's accounts.

5. Availability

The service relies on TikTok's API, which may change or be interrupted. We do our best to keep it running, without a guarantee of continuous availability. The service is free during the launch phase.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage. We are not responsible for TikTok's decisions about your content or account.

7. Ending use

You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms. See the privacy policy.
