Privacy policy

Tempoclip (“we”) is a web service that helps people manage their own TikTok accounts: post videos, read and reply to comments, view their analytics. This policy explains what data we process, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. The data controller is LINING CLOUD, reachable at hello@tempoclip.app.
1. Data we receive from TikTok
When you click “Continue with TikTok”, TikTok shows you the list of permissions requested. With your consent, we receive:

2. Data you give us
- Uploaded videos: stored temporarily on our server until TikTok fetches them, then deleted (at the latest 24 hours after upload).
- Captions, post settings, comment replies: sent to TikTok when you click; we keep the post status (processing, posted, failed) to show it to you.
- Preferences: the account currently selected and your interface language (cookies).
3. What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or share your data for advertising.
- We never post, comment or change anything without an explicit action from you.
- We don't use your TikTok data to train artificial intelligence models.
- We don't collect data about commenters beyond what is shown in your inbox.
4. Legal basis
Performance of the service you request (GDPR art. 6.1.b) for app features; legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) for security and abuse prevention (technical logs kept 14 days).
5. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies only: session (30 days), selected account (1 year), interface language (1 year), and a security cookie during TikTok sign-in (10 minutes). No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
6. Processors and transfers
TikTok (API provider, which processes your data under its own privacy policy) and our hosting provider, located in the European Union. Exchanges with TikTok may involve transfers outside the EU covered by TikTok's safeguards.
7. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), TikTok tokens encrypted at rest, sessions stored as hashes, restricted server access.
8. Your rights
You can disconnect an account or delete your whole workspace at any time from Settings; deletion is immediate and revokes access with TikTok. You can also remove access from the TikTok app. To access, correct or object to processing of your data, or for any question: hello@tempoclip.app. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL). 9. Minors
Tempoclip is for people aged 18 and over, or from the age required by TikTok with a parent's consent.
10. Changes
We will tell you in the app about any material change to this policy.
